Greg Tucker

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining TSI, Greg worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was the President of the Global Control Technologies Portfolio and President of the Water Analysis business. Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Greg had P&L Leadership of Praxair Corporation's Thermal Spray Products and Equipment Business. He also gained extensive operations and commercial experience at General Electric where he served for over a decade.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of GE's two-year manufacturing management program. He is a certified master black belt in Six Sigma.

David Helms

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, David brings 30 years of strategic expertise to the TSI Group. David has worked extensively in acquisitions, financing and private equities throughout his career. Prior to his role at TSI, David was CFO for the TSI company, Woven Electronics, for three years.

Before joining Woven and the TSI Group, David held CFO positions with several manufacturing and distribution companies and is a CPA in Va., Oh. and N.C. Also, David worked for Ernst & Young in Richmond, Va. and Cleveland Oh.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from George Washington University and graduated in the top ten percent of his class. He is married and has a daughter attending college in Virginia.

Dale Jessick

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Dale Jessick has served as senior vice president, business development, for the TSI Group since 1994; leading TSI's sales and marketing efforts along with overseeing all client account management. In addition to substantially expanding TSI's military customer base by adding firms such as Boeing, Goodrich, Hamilton-Sundstrand and Northrop Grumman, Dale also led the Company's entrance into new industry sectors including telecommunications, semiconductor test and industrial controls, securing contracts with Motorola, Teradyne and Rockwell Automation.

Dale has over 25 years experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining TSI, Dale was the general manager of sales for Grimes Aerospace Company, a division of Honeywell and also spent time with Teledyne CAE and Pratt & Whitney's Aircraft Engines division. Dale has a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Masters of Science in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Robert Manning

Vice President, Quality & Program Management

Robert leads continuous improvement programs such as: 5S, Lean, Kaizen and other practical process improvement initiatives and ensures adherence to all quality standards as well as working with customers to ensure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Robert joins TSI from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was the director of quality and practical process improvement for the temperature control business.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Robert worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation in the countermeasures division. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Rivier College, located in Nashua, N.H.
